Hey there! I'm Kati

My story starts in a rural countryside where I spent most of my childhood. I am a practitioner of different aspects since then. Mesmerised by the beauty of surroundings and the harmony of senses.

I love nature, natural landscape, wildlife, anatomy and specific movements that help to heal and create a well balanced strong bond between body, mind & soul.

The journey is so precious for me as I can share my time and meet extraordinary people.

My sessions are an invitation to practice mindfulness, self healing and to build a stronger connection to your deeper self. A place to create a life your dream of, where imaginations are free to run wild. Allow yourself to experience the fullness of what is now and express further.

A Stiff Body Doesn’t Have to Be Your Future. Our minds and bodies are interconnected, and the condition of one affects the other. By using your breath and your voice with chanting, you raise the level of your own vibration to a higher spiritual state. Whole self wellbeing is the result of harmonious flow of energy between our physical and mental selves.

Practice on & off the mat.

 

I love to do mindful movements, such as yoga, qigong, pilates, walk in nature and read children’s books. I love taking photos of people and baking some sweet and savoury cakes on a cloudy, windy day. These precious things inspire me and add an extra hint of spice to my life.
